New Products
Koi Khai Mod Daeng or ant egg spicy salad is one of the scrumptious Isan dishes. This menu is available only in a specific season. Ant eggs are the main ingredients of the dish and they perfectly reflect Isan wisdom and way of life. Isan people are very skillful and creative that they have created dishes that people from other regions cannot imagine. Most of the ingredients can be picked up anywhere around the rice fields. To prepare this tasty dish, mix ant eggs with rice powder, chilli powder and fermented fish sauce.

Bwild Isan
Isan Craft Community
To look at the same thing with new visions, we will see the exclusiveness of how things are. Realizing that there are many resources of raw materials in the region, we can add up different tastes and modern designs. This will result in exposing our unique designs and art works in the community to the world.
Ant And
Isan Culture
The environment that extremely changes on the high plain results in the diversity of natural environment, ways of life, cultures and diets in North-Eastern part of Thailand. Isan menus are different in each season. “Kai mod dang” or ant eggs are literally considered high class food because they are only available in summer (between March and May) and they are on high trees. Absolutely, they can reflect Isan diet culture and inspire us to develop the new designs.

Local Wisdom
Global Product
Our local wisdoms are formed from the way of life that is connected to nature, season and materials available in the area. These wonderful materials are our excellent inspiration in designing our products to be different and novel for you.
The Ant
Colony
Isan summer is like springtime for most of the local trees when their flowers bloom after all their leaves fell in order to reduce transpiration in the previous winter time. It’s time for ants to build their new nests to lay their eggs on the trees. As a result, summer is the supreme time to get ant eggs. They are amazing food ingredients in our community rice fields and they are our great inspiration resource.

Local Silk
The way the leaves are freely and naturally connected by the ants to form their nests holding hundreds or thousands of their eggs is like weaving. The natural woven patterns of the ant nests together with the bright orange color of the local flowers, Dok Jan, blooming along earthen dikes have inspired us the woven patterns in weaving silk for our new collection, “THE ANT COLONY”.
